Athinagoras primarily works in Mykonos Island—the most renowned culinary scene of Greece. He consults at several prestigious restaurants including Scorpio and Bellagio. Executive chef at Bill & Coo, a member of the Small Leading Hotels of the world awarded by Conde Nast Traveller as a top destination. He was awarded Toque D'or (Golden Chef's Cap) from the years 2012-2105.
