Athinagoras builds on old authentic Greek recipes and turns them into culinary masterpieces, always with respect to tradition.
His claim to fame was his victory on Greek "Top Chef" landing him his own cooking show "Cook Smart." Athinagoras has since worked at some of the
top restaurants internationally:

- Chef at Karavi with Chef Remy Bidron .One Michelin star.
- Notting Hill Restaurant Mazi
Athinagoras primarily works in Mykonos Island—the most renowned culinary scene of Greece. He consults at several prestigious restaurants including Scorpio and Bellagio. Executive chef at Bill & Coo, a member of the Small Leading Hotels of the world awarded by Conde Nast Traveller as a top destination. He was awarded Toque D'or (Golden Chef's Cap) from the years 2012-2105.
