BACK TO TRADITION

At this dinner, we are going back to our traditions, reviving the traditional methods that our grandfathers used to make wine, showcasing the glorious past of Greek wine in all its purity. Join us and taste 6 natural Greek wines paired with rustic Greek dishes.

Natural wines have become extremely popular, because they are healthy, nutritious, and transmit the place they come from as purely as possible. The grapes used are farmed organically, or biodynamically, and there is nothing removed and nothing added to the wine, except for a few sulfites at most. The wine goes through wild fermentation, without the addition of yeasts, enzymes, or anything else, and is bottled unfiltered and unfined.

Taste natural wines from growers around Greece, and from indigenous grapes such as Limnio, Vertzami, Malagousia, Savatiano, Roditis, Vidiano, Thrapsathiri, and Black Muscat of Tyrnavos.

Savor authentic dishes such as youvarlakia (greek meatball soup), taramosalata (fish roe dip) , htapodaki (grilled octopus), youvetsi (greek orzo with seafood), briam (greek ratatouille) , arnaki sto fourno (lamb in the oven).
